Send you Apple device needing repairs to Techbayt via courier or parcel
Customers can send their devices to Techbayt using a courier service whether they are based on UAE or anywhere in the world. When devices are repaired, we will return them via courier.
How does sending with a courier work?
- Contact us by calling +971 43991900 or whatsapping us. We will get your information and send our details for courier service.
- Put your device in safe packaging, keeping in mind the nature of courier services. Techbayt is not liable for any damage occurring over courier transport that arise from insufficient packaging.
- Please attach a description of your problem, and your contact information – full name, telephone number and email – to the device, so our technicians can easily contact you if they have further questions.
- We troubleshoot a device, then make an offer for its repair. If the offer is accepted, we repair the device – in case of hardware problems, we order and install required spare parts.
- We send notification when the repairs are completed and send the device back, via your delivery method of choice.
